After visiting four construction companies and
viewing projects and finished properties we decided
what we were getting for our money from Northernland
was much better value than any other construction
company.

Having just received our keys, I must say everything
was even better than our expectations - the finished
house was breathtaking. From start to finish they
were very helpful and understanding.

Special thanks to Koral who kept every promise he
made and was honest and trustworthy. Made us feel at
ease at all times and was always there to answer our
queries.

All in all extremely happy with our house in
Northern Gardens and strongly recommend anybody
thinking about purchasing a property in Northern
Cyprus to visit Northernland Constructions.

Buying
from Northernland

- We didn’t think
when we bought our villa from NorthernLAND that it
could be so easy. We were surfing Internet and came
across NorthernLAND’s fantastic website. We arranged
via email to view properties and in July 2005 we
visited Northern Cyprus hoping to find a suitable
property to purchase. When we visited the show house
at Northern Gardens we were impressed with the
quality and professional finish. We returned to our
hotel to discuss between ourselves possible
purchase. Three days later we came to NorthernLAND
to complete the transactions, visited the solicitor
and signed the contract. It was agreed that our
villa will be finished by September 2006. During
next year our sales representative from NorthernLAND
kept us informed of the construction progress via
email until villa has been finished.
We arrived this year on 6th of September and were
taken to our new home in Northern Cyprus. We were a
little apprehensive during the year, but we need not
have worries as our villa was lovely, everything was
explained to us, key were handed over and problems
were dealt very quickly.
Alice, who had kept us informed, was wonderful sales
person, who had arranged everything for our needs so
we could stay at the villa from day one, many thanks
to NorthernLAND!

Just a little note of Thanks on the purchase of our
Beautıful house ın Kumyali from you. We are both
grateful to you for your kindness and helpfulness.
Your employees were very helpful and their advice
invaluable, any problems we had were quickly and
efficiently dealt with and our minds put at ease.
A special word of thanks must go to Aliye who helped
us with all our enquires, she did a very
professional job.
Since we have moved in on the 1st of April 2005 we
have had a number of friends and family stay with
us, and they have all commented on what a lovely
house it is. Very well designed and decorated to a
very high standard. When buying the house we feel
that honesty and trust is a very important factor in
making our decision and your company has that in
abundance.
