Koral Bozkurt – Director/Chairman of Board of Directors

He was born in Famagusta in 1976. He completed his higher education at Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Architecture, and he founded NorthernLand in 2003. At the same time he founded CyprusWays Rent a Car and HomeMark Furniture. With this contruction investment, Northernland become tax champion in 2010, between construction firms in Famagusta and in 2011 NorthernLand became tax champion between construction firms in TRNC. Koral Bozkurt is now booth currently serves as Chairman of the Board Northernland Construction and architect of NorthernLand’s incredible projects.

Taruz Güçlüer Sales Deputy/ Member of Board of Directors

He was born in Famagusta in 1975. He completed his higher education in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.He carried out successfully for many years as SBA Police outstanding service awards as the period of British bases . He studied Financial Research at Center of Hacettepe University and the Istanbul Stock Exchange Brokership. Presently he is working as Sales DirectorNorthernLand Construction’da also serves as Member of the Board.
Cihan Özkırıcı/Sales Deputy Director Ulduz Assadzadeh Architect/International Markets Specialist
He was born in Famagusta in 1986, Deputy Director, Cihan Özkırıcı Sales. She studied in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty ofEconomics and Administrative Sciences. Currently she serves as Deputy Director of Sales Northernland Construction’da. He was born in Iran in 1987. She studied at Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Architecture. Currently, she is studying Architecture Master of Science and serves as NorthernlandConstruction’da International Markets Specialist.
Alice İlban/International Markets Specialist Fatoş Erişen Can/Орган, ответственный и торговый представитель
She was born in Famagusta in 1970. For many years she worked in the banking sector in Britain. Nowadays she serves as Office Responsible for İskele Office and International Markets Specialist at Northernland Construction. He was born in Famagusta in 1981. He completed his education at   Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Engineering, Construction Engineering Department. Nowadays he serves as Chief Engineer and Member od Board of Directors at NorthernLand Construction
Tolga Tantura/Responsible Engineer Sabri Oğuzkan/Engineer
He was born in Famagusta in 1982. He completed his education at   Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Engineering, Construction Engineering Department. Nowadays he serves as Responsible  Engineer at NorthernLand Construction. He was born in Famagusta in 1984. He completed his education at   Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Engineering, Construction Engineering Department. Nowadays he serves as Engineer at NorthernLand Construction.

He was born in Famagusta in 1989. He completed his education at   Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Engineering, Construction Engineering Department. He worked at many firms as engineer for several years. Nowadays he serves as Engineer at NorthernLand Construction. He was born in Famagusta in 1966. He worked many years in construction sector. Nowadays he is working as construction site responsible at NorthernLand Construction.

Pınar Bozkurt Chief Architect/ Architect and Project Department Deputy

She was born in 1980 in Famagusta. She completed her higher education at Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Architecture. She worked at Feridun Ardost Architect Office for many years. After the establishment of NorthernLand , she started to work for NorthernLand Construction. She have worked for many special projects such as; Alasya Park and Saklıkent. She is still the chef architect at NorthernLand Construction and also she is tthe Deputy of Architect and Project Department.
Melek Erçakıca/ Architect Ceren Sabancı/Architect
She was born in 1985 in Famagusta. She completed her higher education and MA at Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Architecture. She is still working at NorternLand Construction as architect. She was born in 1986 in Famagusta. She completed her higher education  at Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Architecture. She is still working at NorternLand Construction as architect.

She was born in 1982 in Famagusta. She completed her higher education at Abant İzzet Baysal University,Business Administration Department. She is still working as Chief Accountant. She was born in 1983 in Famagusta. She completed her higher education at Eastern Mediterranean University, Business Administration Department. She is still working as Accountant at NorthernLand Construction.

Buğçe Küçük/ Corporate Communication and HR Coordinator/Representative of Board of Directors

She was born in 1982 yılında in Nicosia. She completed her higher education at Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of International Relations and she took her MBA from Atılım University, Department of European Union. She worked for Ankara Chamber of Commerce, IC Holding and Indıtex Group as manager. She is still working as Corporate Communication and HR Coordinator and she is Representative of Board of Directors.
